2. Entering into an agreement

An agreement is considered concluded once both parties have confirmed the scope, price and delivery date of the assignment in writing, via email or other written communication. Verbal agreements are not binding without written confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in Danish kroner, excluding VAT, unless otherwise agreed. An invoice is issued upon completion of the assignment with a payment term of 8 days. In the event of late payment, Seniger Drone Media reserves the right to charge interest in accordance with the applicable Danish interest rate legislation.

4. Cancellation and rebooking

Cancellation or rebooking must take place no later than 48 hours before the agreed flight. In the event of cancellation with shorter notice, we reserve the right to invoice up to 50% of the agreed price to cover costs already incurred.

Weather conditions: Flights may be cancelled or postponed for safety reasons in unsuitable weather. In such cases, a new date will be arranged at no extra cost.

5. Delivery

Edited footage, raw files or mapped data are delivered digitally via a shared link within the agreed timeframe — typically within 48 hours after the flight. Delivery time may vary depending on the scope of the assignment.

6. Copyright

Seniger Drone Media retains the copyright to all material produced. The client acquires a non-exclusive right to use the delivered material for the agreed purposes. Resale or transfer to third parties requires written permission.

7. Liability and insurance

Seniger Drone Media is covered by liability insurance and operates in accordance with applicable EU regulation (EASA). We accept no liability for damage arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, including information about the nature of the site or any obstructions.

8. Permits

Seniger Drone Media obtains the necessary flight permits. The client is responsible for ensuring access to the area to be flown over, as well as for obtaining any permissions from private landowners.

9. Disputes

Any disputes will be sought resolved amicably. If no agreement can be reached, the Court of Kolding shall have jurisdiction, and Danish law shall apply.
